An item can be returned only with your receipt, original or copy, you received at the time of purchase.
There are no returns and/or exchanges without a receipt!

 

Return Terms

• All returns will be refunded in the same method of original purchase: cash, store credit, exchange, or credit back on charge card.

• Unworn/Unused items in their original condition including all the tags can be exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase.

• There are no returns allowed on customized items, videos, or CD's with opened packaging.

• Customized items may not be returned for any reason other than a manufacturer defect. Customization costs are not refundable.

• Clearance Sale items are NOT returnable—final sale.

Clubs and Teams order Return Terms

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Soccer 4every1.

• A copy of the order acknowledgement or invoice must accompany all returns.

•  There will be NO cash refunds of any type.

• Returned merchandise, unless defective, will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

•  No refunds will be accepted for any unworn/unused items after 30 days from delivery.

• Customer must pay shipping on all returns or exchanges.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

Order cancellation policy

• If an order is cancelled for any reason after it has been placed or sent, a 25% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges will apply.

• The following instances, included but not limited to, are not considered manufacturers defects and NOT considered returnable

• Tongues that have been ripped or have been pulled out.
  

• Improper care - dry-rotting, mildew, etc.
  

• Worn out toes, cleats, and soles on shoes.
  

• Damage from forcing heel into rear of shoe.
  

• Worn insoles.
  

• Stripped threads in removable cleated soles.
  

• Worn palms on goalkeeper gloves.
  

• Clothing damaged from improper laundering.
  

• Manufacturer's logos on merchandise coming off (i.e. stripes on shoes, logos screened on shorts, logos on balls worn off).
  

• Any other reason as may be determined by the manufacturer from time to time.
  

• Any cosmetic related issue that does not effect the performance of that item.
  

LENGTH OF WARANTIES FROM DATE OF PURCHASE ARE AS FOLLOW

• Footwear - 60 days
  

• Shin guards - 60 days
  

• Bags - 60 days
  

• Clothing - 30 days
  

• Balls - 30 days
  

• Gloves- 30 days
  

• All other products - 30 days

Other Terms and Conditions

 

If a product is no longer available, SOCCER 4every1 reserves the right to replace the product by a new one of the same functionality, grade and quality of the comparable value.

We reserve the right to replace defective products with a new replacement product, and will not be expected to give a refund on any defective product.

We are not responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to cancel any order if there was a typographical error concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.

We reserve the right to change this policy and any other terms and conditions of sale at any time. We may make changes to any products or services offered or to the prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided with respect to products and services may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update the information provided respect to such products and services.

If any of the aforementioned policies are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such policy shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of the policy. All remaining policies shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these policies shall not be construed as a waiver by us of any provision or any right it has to enforce these policies, nor shall any course of conduct between us and you or any other party be deemed to modify any provision of these policies.

Force Majeure
SOCCER 4every1 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery or in its performance under these terms and conditions due to cause beyond SOCCER 4every1 reasonable control, including without limitation, any act of war or civil insurrection, national emergencies, acts of God, fire, storm, earthquake, flood, embargo, riot, sabotage, industry wide strikes, labor difficulties, suppliers failures, unavailability of materials, governmental acts, or any other unforeseen event beyond SOCCER 4every1 control. Where a product scheduled for delivery becomes unavailable as a result of a force majeure event, SOCCER 4every1 may offer a substitute product for which a new purchase order will be required from customer.

These policies shall not be interpreted or construed to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.
